New Orleans is a metropolis of neighborhoods and experiencing Prospect asks guests to traverse the city’s community of neighborhoods with venues starting from the standard, like museums, to public spaces to non-art venues. The metropolis hopes ultimately to add road furnishings, public art, bushes, murals and probably out of doors leisure venues.
