AHF Products will showcase its healthcare-focused flooring systems at the 2026 Healthcare Design Conference + Expo in New Orleans from October 17 to 20. The company’s display at booth number 2037 will feature solutions engineered for resilience, adaptable aesthetics, and sensory ease in medical facilities.
Resilience and versatility in vinyl flooring
The exhibition centers on Conjunction 4.5 mm LVT, a vinyl option tailored for high-use healthcare settings. This product outperforms rival loose-lay alternatives in resisting dents, impacts, and rolling loads by a factor of four. Its 4.5 mm thickness also ensures smooth transitions between different flooring types.
The Natural Creations 3.2 mm LVT collection builds on this foundation, offering 51 distinct styles that replicate wood, stone, concrete, and fabric textures. Both product lines incorporate Diamond 10 Technology, which provides protection against scratches, stains, and scuffs—a necessity in frequently cleaned and heavily trafficked areas.
Unlike conventional LVT films requiring 30,000 square feet for custom production, this initiative enables bespoke designs with just 2,500 square feet. AHF’s internal film printing capabilities support this flexibility.
Innovative porcelain solutions
Cleve, a porcelain tile from Crossville, introduces a distinct category emphasizing sensory comfort. Its FeatherSoft finish delivers a smooth, matte surface with controlled reflectivity, integrated into the material rather than applied as an afterthought. The finish complies with interior floor safety standards while offering a gentler feel underfoot.
Crossville’s Tennessee facility contributes to AHF’s portfolio of domestically produced porcelain tile, merging advanced production techniques with digital printing and design innovation.
While product performance remains central, AHF will use the conference to promote Common Thread for the Cure, a grant program aiding healthcare workers and their families during breast cancer treatment. The program reflects the company’s engagement with the design community and its broader mission beyond commercial sales.
These designs symbolize the collaborative efforts of healthcare professionals, manufacturers, caregivers, and communities working together.
